Roger, The best way i to call our Warranty Center 720-941-8723. We have some parts in stock but in most cases you will need to send your reel in for repair or replacement.

Most retailers have them at $89.99. There was a huge demand early in the year on these rods we have been working hard to catch up. Many stores have them in stock now in most models and online in all the usual places.
